Medicare rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year are available when you have a GP referral letter and a Mental Health Care Plan.

Bulk billing is offered to approximately 25% of our clients who have a valid GP referral and hold a current Health Care Card. You should raise your need for bulk-billing when making your initial appointment. A limited number of low-fee places for clients with genuine financial hardship are also available.

Some private health funds provide rebates for psychological services. Check with your health fund before commencing treatment. You cannot obtain both a medicare and health fund rebate for a single session.

All fees are payable at the end of the session.
- Cancellation Fees will apply for missed appointments and those not cancelled within 24 hours. These fees must be paid in full before your next scheduled appointment.
Neuropsychology Services

Fees are dependent on the type of assessment requested, and generally range from $770 to $2970. Dr Buchholz will provide a quote upon request.

Payment is required at initial testing. There is no Medicare rebate for these assessments.

Discounts are available to current Health Care Card holders.

We accept cash, EFTPOS, VISA and MasterCard.

Services to be paid for by a third party require verification at the first session. If your condition is currently under consideration for compensability, then you are responsible for payments until such time as your claim is approved.
All such services will be charged according to the current APS Schedule of Recommended Fees Where full payment is not covered by the third party, a gap payment will be required at the time of service.
The GST does not apply to treatment-related services but does apply to reports and assessments.
